On the left, 10 minutes walk, there is the Mariinsky Palace, and a beautiful park area with views of the Dnieper River, on the right, is the Old Kiev-Pechersk Lavra and a green park area. The place is very convenient for tourists, businessman, business people with large employment, working in the city center, or for a family with or without children. The property is calm, is protected by government agencies. The apartment has everything you need for a full life, cooking, accommodation or temporary stay.
