Absolutely freezing inside the apartment specially the bedroom and bathroom. Really courteous and helpful staff but that doesn't matter when the apartment is freezing despite central heating.

Good location, overpriced room.

Arrived to a dirty room.. Sink is in the room, shower and toilet are separate. Sink in the room was definetly strange to see. Reception staff was great though, very helpful.. the cleaner was sent to clean the room straight away..perfect location as well.. Will be ok for 2-3 nights if you don't plan to stay in the room a lot. But then why to pay these money if you dont to sleep in there only. Bed and bedding were perfect. However overall I would say overpriced for that you get. By the way - staff said they dont have starts as it is apart hotel.. so why is this place is being advertised as 4 starts then?

This is an apartment like atmosphere in an excellent location. Quiet, clean with excellent customer service and friendly staff. Whatever was not functioning in my room was fixed immediately with lightning speed. I would definitely stay here again. Great price for what it is.

Very close to the famous opera house and metro station, the location is superb. 24 hour front desk service and the rooms very comfortable. Will stay here again.

Well i have to say..everything was superb..the staff where friendly and did everything to help me ..the location is great right in the heart of beautiful kiev..a super place to visit..full of culture and incredible history..if you never been go there. The incredible thing is they upgraded me to a super apartment..absolutely wonderful 10 out of 10 for the price I paid..thank you the Senator city apartments for making my stay in kiev a super experience!
