Switched apartments without notice

The apartment was OK, but it was not the apartment we rented. Upon arrival we were told the apartment we rented and paid for was not available, and were taken to a different and less quality apartment. We should have been given a proper prior notice, the refund of our money, and the opportunity to choose a new apartment.

Disappointed!

Got bit by a bug in bed. Don't believe bedding was changed. Kitchen was dirty and had very little of any dishware, coffee cups, glasses and etc. Bathtowel only, no hand towels or wash cloths or soap. Tub/ shower combination was very difficult to get in and out of. It was like hot tub with a 3 foot wall to climb over, I slipped and fell. There were spills on the floor and couch that weren't cleaned up.
