Nightmare

Upon arrival, the home had no water. I contacted the host and waited 45 minutes before the property manager called me and let me know there was a leak at the property earlier in the week and that they had shut the water off to the home. He said he would have a plumber call me and help me then turn the water back on. The plumber called me, and don’t get me wrong was very pleasant, but turning the water back on in the home is NOT the responsibility of a guest. By the time the water was turned back on it was 12am.The next morning I wake up to water flooding the bathroom, bedroom and partially kitchen of the home. I called the property manager and plumber both at 7am and left voicemails, did not hear anything back all day. I was gone from the home the entire day because it was my wedding and when I arrived to the home after my wedding, nothing had been done. I reached out to the host for a refund as the stay was less than pleasant and was ignored. Guests beware.
