Location , location and location. It is a very decent hotel for a price. They don't offer a cleaning every day unless you request . Hotel is clean and maintained pretty well. I enjoyed a lot of small free things you can find in your bathroom. Massage in the room until 2 AM is a big plus

There is no hot tub at the hotel. They were doing some sort of flooring Reno in the stairwell that released noxious fumes into the hall. Staff were pleasant. Location is great.
