Everything was great, especially the breakfast!! But our room was too hot, and the window could not be opened. But that breakfast - - - Wow!!

Everything was good but the room doesn't has air conditioning, for me was very disappointed, the room was so hot and uncomfortable. I asked at the from desk, they said that in winter season AC not working. They was borrowed a fan. The breakfast was ok, no many varieties. The location was great, too many bus stops to going around the city.

The staff was wonderful and the hotel was fairly nice. I had to dock two stars due to the extremely hot and stuffy rooms. After mid-November, the hotel switched individual air from AC to heating only. This made for a very uncomfortable sleeping experience unfortunately

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — the bed made for a great night's sleep. The location was also perfect, with easy access to restaurants, transportation, and nearby attractions. I really appreciated the small touches like complimentary water, quality toiletries, and the overall quiet atmosphere. Housekeeping did a great job each day, keeping the room clean and well stocked. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean, bathroom is perfect, smells and looks immaculate. Location is another plus for this hotel, accross is Family Mart & bus stops. Only difference fm the other hotels we stayed is there is no free water.

Nice hotel, great staff, excellent breakfast with so many different choices of food and always replenished so didn’t run out. Location has very little for dining out although one Ramen restaurant across the street was excellent with a variety of other food too. Had to walk about 10 mins to get to an area with more restaurants.

It is a bit out of the way, a 15 min walk from the closest subway station but very close to a variety of bus stops- it’s about a 30 min transit ride to go to any of the tourist attractions. The rooms were large for Japanese standards which is great if you’re travelling with a lot of luggage. The carpets were a bit dirty and it would’ve been nice if there were extra pillows and they replenished waters overnight but overall a good stay for a good price.
