Great traditional Japan house with courtyard

The place was very clean. The location is amazing, walking distance to Kyoto station (around 10min). Great house for a taste of traditional Japan with some modern touches. In a quiet back street near the river but easy walk to supermarket, places to eat, etc. Would highly recommend going to Efish for lunch or breakfast, it's so nice. Host Hershey was very quick at responding to my questions.Hershey is a great host and good instructions and communication. Heaters/air-con in every room to cater for all seasons. Loved the little courtyard garden off the living area. Pocket Wifi worked very well and made navigating around Kyoto very easy. Thanks. Will stay again. I would definitely recommend staying here.
