Room spacious, clean, and had separate bath/shower from toilet. Front desk very attentive and courteous. Room service options very clear. Service is very thorough. Breakfast had plenty of food and beverages. Special orders limited to number of room occupants. Staff is very attentive, polite, and keeps area clean and orderly. Daily sake on the house - ask front desk for coin 24 hr coffee or tea available Subway connection and front door taxi or uber availability. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Near Nishiki market and Geisha district. Pokémon and Nintendo stores in walking distance. Overwhelmingly surrounded by high end boutique and factory stores (Rolex immediately next door). Side walk covered, well lit, and plays music. Beat our expectations

Great location that is a bus ride away from Gion. Loved the access to the underground subway walkway and daily free sake from the sake serving machine downstairs. It is great that there is a coffee machine in the lobby but the coffee is not great. Having access to washer/dryer was a plus. They worked well and you could also monitor on the availability on a webpage to know when a machine is available and when your wash is done. The staff was prompt in their service. We were able to borrow umbrellas when needed and also an iron. Overall we loved our stay in Forza and would recommend it.
