Room was spotless. Very spacious. Value for money is amazing. All staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great being close enough to all the fun but also a bit further away from the crowds and noise. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is an excellent stay in Kyoto! The rooms were very spacious, clean, and elegant. The restroom consisted of rainfall shower as well as a bathtub. They cleaned our room everyday and provided as with new pajamas. The rooftop bar and lounge bar in the lobby both offered delicious cocktails. We only tried the breakfast buffet once as we wanted to explore more of Kyoto the other days but it offered a very well spread variety of dishes with Asian and American cuisine. We also took advantage of the pool during a very hot day and the pool and gym were very clean and well maintained. Overall, my stay here was excellent and I can not complain about a single thing. I greatly recommend.
