This is a very nice Hilton. When we visited it was extremely busy and some of the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. The room was city side so it was a bit noisy at times. It’s convenient to many shops and not far from the train, which we appreciate. The room was comfortable, and clean.

Exceptional hotel room with spotless bathroom. Extra room to relax and enjoy Kyoto. Breakfast was lovely with a lot of options for everyone. The bar was beautiful and well stocked. I had my luggage sent forward to my next stay at a Hilton In Tokyo and it was worth every penny.

This was probably the nicest Hilton I've stayed in. The room was great, clean, modern, total black-out, well appointed. The restaurant options were great. We tried the rooftop, it was fine but the views weren't great. Definitely recommend it.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and in such a great location. I love how this hotel design felt modern, but also included many traditional Japanese elements. The service was fantastic, everything was so clean, and we could not have been more comfortable. Wish we would’ve stayed here the whole trip because 4 nights just wasn’t enough. Highly recommend.

Our stay at the Hilton was great, its location is great, plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. The rooftop terrace had incredible views although it was strange that we had to go pick up our own order at the counter.
