The staff were helpful & polite. The hotel is walkable to lots of shopping and places to eat, particularly Nishiki Market. The breakfast is served early so you can get out and explore. A nice variety of goods offered.

Absolutely fantastic properly. Looks like it was recently remodeled. Everything from the staff to the property itself was top notch. Rooms were large and extremely comfortable. I am not used to a Holiday Inn being this good.

Nice breakfast that offers a variety of Japanese and western food. Impressively spacious, quiet, clean rooms. 7 min walk to subway station. Highly recommend to American and European tourists. It's hard to find such spacious hotel rooms in Japan.
