The room was very cold. The temperature could not be controlled from the room. I’m not someone who needs heat but this really was too cold to be comfortable. Oddly the rest of the hotel and even the corridors were heated.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. Our room was so big compared to other hotels that we’ve stayed at in Japan. Will definitely come again when in Kyoto. It was also very close to lots of places!

We had an amazing stay. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of choices. This hotel is very centrally located near many shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

A very lovely hotel with a nice onsen, the rooms are small but comfortable, the lounge at night is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some music and quiet conversations. The staff is friendly, extremely patient and helpful as well. It is nicely situated near several shops, restaurants (be warned the shops on the main strip and some of the off streets close at 8pm) and close to a few train lines/rails. Overall a nice stay.

We were shocked to see how small our room . Very uncomfortable to move around even 2 people plus luggages. We used the hotel laundry , and was annoyed how long it took for dryer to dry even 7 pieces of clothes. The lounge area for guests is not convenient place to relax and be able to bring food from outside 😳 We have never stayed at any hotel during our travel and be restricted from eating our food bought outside of the hotel . Don't think we'll recommend this hotel to anyone.
