We had a very short stay here because we extended our trip by one day, and our original hotel was fully booked, but we were pleasantly surprised by this property. The location is excellent—just steps from public transportation. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would happily stay here again.

The location can’t be better. It’s right next to Kyoto station and among numerous shops and restaurants. The room is clean and everything works. The staff is friendly. Check in/out are quick. Highly recommend, and I will stay here again next time I visit Kyoto.

I was received an upgraded room and the front desk was ver welcoming. When we checked out, they offered to store our luggage until we returned in the afternoon which was very helpful. When we returned we had trouble opening our key lock and they provided us with a tool to open it. Loved the hospitality and staff.

We would stay in this hotel again if we went to Kyoto. It's located across the street from the central train station, which makes it very convenient. The room was a good size, the staff was friendly and everything else was perfect.

A convenient central location, close to the station, used for a short stay on a month-long tour of the country. Our room was comfortable but small for two people with large cases, and it had limited daylight from a single building enclosed window with no view of the city.

The location is unbeatable, right across from the Kyoto Station. The hotel is super affordable but had all the amenities I needed. The room was well furnished and its size was adequate. The only issue I encountered was that I wasn’t able to plug my phone to the tv. It had a USB plug but didn’t work. It’s a small detail since I only wanted to watch my shows before bed (tv only has Japanese channels). Otherwise, everything worked and the room was clean. Front desk and cleaning staff were all very nice. The room had the usual shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. but you can also pick up extras like skincare in the lobby. I would definitely stay at this hotel again because of the quality to price ratio.
