The hotel is very convenient to public transportation on the trains. It was quiet and offered amenities like laundry. We were able to get to everything we wanted to see from this location and have no complaints about the hotel.

Nice hotel in Kyoto

We like this hotel a lot with excellent location, friendly staff, cleanliness. However, both my room and my sister’s room windows were looking into a narrow dark alley with no fresh air. We wonder whether other rooms have windows with city views and that we should have requested to switch if available.

Great location. Across the road from train and bus hub. Umbrella that can be borrowed for free on rainy days most welcome. All facilities and amenities complete. Smart TV with YouTube would have been only request so can access foreign channels for non Japanese speakers.

This was our favorite hotel! Right next to Kyoto Station & the Kyoto Tower. Room was clean and a good size, friendly and helpful staff, and felt very safe. Great value for the price and we will stay here again.

My stay here was fantastic! The hotel is just across the street from Kyoto Station, making it convenient for transportation, food, and shopping. My room was bigger than I expected based on usual Japanese room sizes. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable, with a variety of pillow types to accommodate different sleepers. I loved the deep soaker tub and appreciated the slippers and robe that were made available. The fridge and safe were also nice extra conveniences. Fresh towels and robes were provided every night if needed. My only minor qualm was that the walls were a little thin, so I could hear neighbors snoring or coughing sometimes, but only when everything else was super quiet. Noise was never a problem. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kyoto and would happily return again! Thank you!
