Spotless room, great selection of amenities. There’s a great staff member at the front desk (tall, male). We remembered him from our last stay and he was just as friendly and helpful this time. Hotel also has an onsen.

Really nice place to stay all around. The rooms are spacious and clean. Aside from the wonderful breakfast, there are juices, milk and coffee available throughout the day as well as a late night light meal, all included without additional charge.

Very hospitable stay in Kyoto

The Intergate was really beautiful, very comfortable, and a great stay in Kyoto. We arrive late in the afternoon, were hungry and tired and were thrilled to find a complimentary happy hour with a variety of treats and drinks. What a welcome! The facility had everything we needed and found our connecting rooms perfect for our family of 4.
