The hotel is across the road from Kyoto station and in an area with great transportation and food options, as well as close to meeting points for tours. The room was always clean and came with abundant toiletries. The stadd was helpful and plesant and checkin was a breeze. As many japanese hotels, the basic room is tiny and can just accommodate 2 adylts living out if suitcases. I e joyed my stay there.

Just recently stayed here Oct. 6-8 for 2 night. We love this Hotel. Spacious, comfortable, clean, across Kyoto station, around the hotel plenty store and shopping mall like Don Quijote, 7-11 and Avant mall, restaurants and accessible to all transportation. Highly recommended. My #1 hotel so far of all I stayed for 5 years. Definitely we gonna stay here again.
