The hotel is new and very clean. The laundry room was convenient and easy to use. The staff were very helpful at all hours. The room was also very clean and perfect for a few nights in Kyoto. It was also well located being only 5 minutes from a metro station and 10 minutes from Kyoto’s central station.

The staff were super helpful and nice. A bit of a language barrier which they navigate very effectively with a language app. Nice common area with free drinks and an amenity station. Good restaurants right outside the door with vegetarian options, 7-11 across the street, McDonalds and transportation a block away. Would definitely stay here again.

We love this little cute place. The hotel had the best drink options with that yummy matcha latte..we were hooked. Such easy access to the main train station so much shopping areas we didn't know where to start and 7-11 literally across the street was superb. Such amazing helpful staff too.
