This place is amazing the staff there is very friendly and helpful. It has great amenities and it’s near the train station (Marutamachi station) and a bus station with in a short walk. There is Family Mart (convenience store) and some restaurants within very close proximity and less than a ten minute walk you have other choices like Mc Donald’s and 7eleven. If you are planning on visiting Kyoto you need to kyot-go to this hotel.

Breakfast was ok. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is close to the imperial palace, but not to other sites of Kyoto. The subway is close, as is the bus stop, plenty of convenience stores close by. We had booked the family room, which was quite tight for 3 adults, but we still enjoyed our stay here.

This is a very clean and modern hotel with a warm, welcoming, and helpful staff. The room was large, comfortable, and spotless. Though we don't speak Japanese, the staff was easy to communicate with and super helpful. The hotel has free shuttles to several locations. Local buses and the subway were only 3 minutes away and we used them to get around town easily. Wed gladly stay here again.

You have train station close by, so it makes it very easy to get around. You also have bus stops not far from each other, and the wait time usually isn’t very long. The staff are very polite, and answer any questions you have. The room itself was slightly small, but big enough if you’re a solo traveller. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Everything was in new condition. 15 min walk to most sight seeing and shopping area. Not as comfortable as I thought for a family of 5. Definitely need a separate room and another bath, but this room would be great for smaller family. There wasn’t any breakfast options nearby so prepare to make your own or buy something the night before. We’re early risers so we wanted something to eat first thing in the morning.
