This hotel is lovely. It’s extremely clean and the staff are wonderful. The western breakfast is delicious. Most important, you’ll really enjoy the onsen in the basement. Only five blocks from Kyoto station.

Absolutely spotless property, amazing amenities and service. Restaurant on site was delicious ( dinner). Breakfast was the same every day. Room was very authentic! However... it's perfect for only 2 people. We traveled with a teenager and 3 luggages and there was absolutely no space for 3 of us plus luggage. Again, great room for only 2 people. 2 Restaurants on the same block were delicious! Staff was outstanding!
