A really good location to different subway stations and a walk away from Nishiki Market. Everything is self serve but if you need room cleaning you can request. Overall a pleasant stay and will definitely be back.

Great locations that make you feel like you are right there living in Kyoto rather than in a tourist spot as you’re surrounded by excellent local restaurants. That being said, still close enough (5-10 min walk max) to all the places you want to be or transit to get there.

Pros: Super responsive staff, very modern property, small amenity stations on each floor. Modern check in. I like that there’s a few different locations and can store luggage with them. Huge king bed. Cons: The walls and floors are INSANELY thin. You can hear every step above you, any movement nextdoor, or under you. Could hear the people under us open their blinds at 6AM. The walls were pretty scuffed up. Wasn’t impressed with the locations “amenities”, and they only clean your room every 4 nights.
