Hirano Shrine, Kitano Tenmangu Shrine and Daitokuji Temple, famous for cherry blossoms, are also within walking distance!
If you come to Senbon-dori, Enmado and Kugibuki Jizo are also within walking distance.
It is a 205-minute bus ride from Kyoto Station, Shiraume-cho, Saiin and Enma-cho, and a 7-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, Straw Tenjin.
There are many restaurants and cafes near Shiraume-cho.
It is about 15 minutes on foot.

Loved our stay at this traditional Japanese home. It was away from all the busyness of Kyoto and with the bikes available we were able to ride to the Golden temple and other historic places. Thoroughly a delightful stay.
