Close to the Kyoto train station, it’s about 5 blocks 15 min walk straight from the train station. Many restaurants at train station and close to condo even a McDonald’s if you want. Grocery store on the corner on way to condo where you can pick up milk , eggs bread etc... Close to subway stop as well about 2 blocks 5 min walk . Very nice cold air conditioner for summer. Easy check in with lock box. I would stay here again. Very clean and Looks like residential neighborhood.

Elegant, modern and classy

Beautiful small apartment (just big enough for my family of four (2 young teenage kids). Very clean and modern. Location good (short walk to Gion and Kyoto Station). Would stay there again when visiting Kyoto.

A very pleasant apartment with excellent new amenities. A regular & convenient nearby bus makes it easy to get to Kyoto Station.

Quiet but a bit out of the way from the train station (20 min walk). Good value for money and facilities for family of four. Stairs to 1st floor apartment, no elevator.

Clean and comfortable room

The hotel is near Shichijo station. It take about 10 mins by foot from Shichijo station to the hotel. There are Family and OK convenience store near the hotel. The hotel is very clean and quiet. We are very recommend this hotel.

괜찮은 숙소였음

일단 단점은 룸서비스가 없음 체크인없이 그냥 자기가 열쇠함 열어서 들어가는 식이고 추가서비스를 요구하지 않는이상 직원은 오지 않기때문에 어메니티 리필도 없음 이점을 가장 주의해야할듯 장점은 가격대에 비해 크기라던가 청결도가 굉장히 만족스러웠고 인덕션과 조리도구들,세탁기 등이 갖춰져있음 대로변이 아닌 주택가에 있기때문에 안그래도 조용한 교토에서도 정말정말 조용한 축에 속함 위치도 교토역에서 도보 10분정도에 산쥬산겐도 앞으로 오는 버스가 있기때문에 버스로 가기도 편함 전체적으로 만족스러웠음

Nous avons eu un problème avec le chauffeau pendant notre séjour. Le personnel est tout de suite intervenu. Parfait! D'autant que nous avons voyagé en Janvier, et qu'il neigeait à Kyoto.

まだ、できてまもないのか、木の香がしました アメニティも多少あり値段のわりにすばらしくよかった 京都駅からも近く非常に散策しやすい また、近隣に夜間５００円で車も駐車できました

静かな住宅街の宿泊場所

京都の七条の住宅街・三十三間堂のそばの宿泊施設です。ホテルというより、一軒家の各階を借りているようなイメージでしょうか。 近くにはあまり食べるところや遊ぶところはありませんが、すぐ裏のお好み焼き屋さんはとってもおいしかったです。 上の階の人の足音なんかちょっと気になったので、下の階に注意が必要ですねー
