The property is very close to family mart, places to eat, and namba station. The staff are very nice and respectful to your needs. I would go back again to this place the next time Im back to Japan.

The property was extremely calm and the staff were extremely helpful and patient. Everything was in good condition and clean.They spoke excellent english and they were very nice both over messages prior to check-in and during our stay. Walkable distance to basically everything and the area was very safe, even late at night. Would definitely visit again!

Very close to lots of good spots and train to popular areas are cheap. Amazing deal considering they give you your own bathroom, free laundry and theres an elevator between floors.

The only issue we had was that the front desk person could not understand English. They don’t use Yamato transport We had to go to Family Mart which is 5 min walk away from the hotel to send off our luggages. We liked the free laundry on our floor.

An amazing stay. Friendly and accommodating staff who spoke great English. We especially loved the free laundry and detergent and the fact that the bathroom turned into a dryer!

I absolutely LOVED how everything was in walking distance, it might seem like a traditional hotel (which it is) but it’s small and comforting little hotel. I’d DEFINENTLY go back, cute little piece.

We stayed in the standard twin room and it was spacious and clean. We had large luggage and there is plenty of space for you to open them within the room. You also have a mini kitchen, fridge and TV which is very convenient in the room.
