It’s a nice property but there is no soundproofing…unfortunately we had noisy neighbors during our stay! The location is good, amenities are nice, heated flooring, great bathroom, kitchen was just ok.hosts were very helpful.

Location is good, major sightseeings and shopping are all in walking distance. Nice and quiet neighborhood. And facilities made me feel comfortable and peaceful. Will be my first choice of accommodation in Kyoto.
