Great service. Location is great (next to the Kyoto museum and lots of restaurants and shops nearby.) also close to the Nishiki market and other places to shop. Room was spacious and had great tech to control lights/ac etc. great Sake bar on-site too.

We love this Hotel❤️ Friendly staff, The breakfast is amazing i love the cheese they serve is made right there. Laundry coin and some rooms has a option of a washer/dryer machine. Close by walk to the market. Fantastic!!!

Very clean property, amazing location- walking distance to the food markets and plenty of restaurants. Also walking distance to the subway. Hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Room was clean and had great amenities.

This hotel in Kyoto is a gem! Great location, clean and beautiful rooms, and excellent service. The breakfast is very good, and the on-site baths are lovely. We stayed with a toddler and found the staff very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Everyone speaks English properly, so we were able to communicate with them easily. The room was clean and nice and big enough. The location is great, has a market around it and close to touristic locations.

One note is that if you get a room above the onsen, good luck. There is a drum or something that will beat occasionally all day, even early morning and late at night. Aside from that it was a nice place.
