Great Value! Perfect for family of five! We knew we were going to be late and called. They gave us easy instructions for check in. When we arrived, everything was just as they stated. The key is in a lock box with a code. The property was in perfect condition! We had the whole lower floor for ourselves. The living room was spacious and had lots of travel guides and brochures. The kitchen and dining room were well appointed. We had everything we needed. After we returned from dinner out, the bath was perfect. It is very new and has all the cool Japanese style gadgets had English directions. The next morning we cooked a little breakfast. Pans, oil, condiments, dishes and utensils were all there. One small thing, there was no plastic spatula and the non-stick IH pans were getting scratched up. The toaster oven, and microwave worked perfectly. I got the groceries from a Family Mart just 5 minutes walk around the corner. The neighborhood is quiet and many tourist locations are easy walking distance. The 4 bikes to rent (500 yen/day) are in the building next door. They are all in very good condition. We didn't need them, but think they were a great idea. Nijo palace is in easy walking distance, but having a bike to go touring around is really convenient! The parking onsite was perfect for our Voxy minivan. Overall excellent experience!
