対応外国人スタッフの方1人のみ。｢荷物事前預かりはありますか？｣と事前に電話したところ｢エントランスにアレ！鍵！あるから適当に自分でやって｣と言われ意味が分からず、直接行くと自転車のキーが無造作に置かれ、それで荷物を棒に固定するという簡素な物だった。安全面も気になったので結局コインロッカーに預けました。 部屋は綺麗だが、水周りから下水の臭いが上がってくる。二度と行かないです。

清水五条、地下鉄五条駅からの間ということもあり少し歩きますが、歩くのが好きな私は全く問題ありませんでした。それぞれの五条駅と同じぐらいの距離を歩くと河原町四条や四条烏丸にも近いので良かったです！ お部屋は綺麗で、最低限のものは揃っていてかつこのお値段なので、コスパは最高でした😀😃

施設はきれいでスタッフさんの対応も良かった。バスタブはないけど特に問題はなかった。家族でツインの２部屋を2泊使用し隣同士だったので良かったと思う。一つだけ提携の駐車場があったらよかったが、ないと言うことで周りにたくさんあるコインパーキングに停めたが金額がバラバラでよく思案した方がいい。

お値段以上な快適さ！

とてもお部屋が広く、 清潔感もあり、とても良かったです。 また、京都に来た際は利用したいです。 スタッフさんの対応もかなり良かったです。
