Nice hotel and location in Kyoto. Easy to get to the trains and very central to get to all the tourist spots. The hotel was clean and staff very helpful. The common space was beautiful and it was a pleasant surprise to get free coffee/ tea/ soft drinks during specific hours of the day. One issue we had was the temperature control with our room being either too hot or cold. It was also challenging that there was only one laundry machine and dryer for the entire hotel, so guest had to wait in the long lineup to wash or walk to a laundromat instead.

Perfect in every way, and a great value!

Easy to find, and check-in was fast with plenty of English speaking receptionists. This was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our week trip in Japan. The room was spacious and water and cold/hot beverages were offered for free for guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay! Room was a good size, with small suitcases. Large bathroom. Nice amenities, breakfast was decent. Super location, very close to Nishiki Market, and Gion District. Great value!
