What a wonderful hotel! The location was great with lots of eating options nearby and distance to the station. They could improve the breakfast - expensive and not nice.

I lost my expensive umbrella that my wife purchased for this trip to Japan. I left it on the bus while visiting a shrine in Kyoto. One of the front desk staff called TAKAHASHI helped me call the bus station lost and found and the umbrella was at one of stations. I picked it up and my wife was so happy. Thanks TAKAHASHI for all your help.

The closeness to the train station was amazing. The room and bathroom was amazing. The bath tub was SENSATIONAL! The bath house was serene and zen. The breakfast was one of the best breakfast meals I ever had.

Stayed in Japan for a 10 day trip and this was the second Hotel I stayed at and BY FAR the best! Staff was super friendly and accommodating, Hotel was safe, and in a great walking distance from the train station. Room was spacious and was easily able to accommodate my needs. Definitely will be my first choice when I return!

This hotel is in a great location. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, Frie dly and helpful staff. Easily accessible to public transportations, restaurants, and shopping. 5 minutes walk to the train station and bus stops. Convenient stores are all around the hotel. Shopping mall is a short 4 min walk. The hotel offer breakfast, but did not use. Breakfast did not offer food for my picky eaters . Luckily the shopping mall has a mcdonald and a family mart across from the hotel. The hotel offer a laubdry facility. The dryer does not dry well. We had a small load whixh shouldn't take long to dry. After 2.5 hours of drying, clothes was still damp. It took time and money just to dry. We eventually had to take the clothes across the street from the hotel at the laundry mat to finish drying and only took 30 min to dry. Overall hotel is great other the dryer. I would stay here again.

This is a Beautiful Hotel. Very nice and clean. Staff is courteous. Nice that they have complimentary beverage station. Comfortable beds. The bathrooms and shower are wonderful with all the toiletries that you need! Close to Kyoto Station and great walkable distance to nearby shopping, restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful, I’m half-convinced they’ve been trained by angels. Everything is clean! The hotel? Clean. The room? Cleaner. The restaurant? Clean! We paid extra for breakfast, and it was totally worth it. Delicious, satisfying, and served with a smile. 10/10!

Very new and neat hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, the hot pool was very nice and clean. the staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that the breakfast buffet was limited and not the best food, could def be improved.
