I had a wonderful experience staying at Rihga Gran Kyoto. The hotel is beautifully designed — modern yet warm — with elegant touches throughout. The rooms are spotless, quiet, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like pajamas, a Nespresso machine, and spacious showers. The beds are incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring Kyoto. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from Kyoto Station, which made traveling around the city and to other destinations very convenient. Despite being close to the station, the hotel feels calm and serene. The staff were kind, professional, and always helpful, whether assisting with directions or offering local recommendations. I especially appreciated the overall atmosphere — tranquil, refined, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Rihga Gran Kyoto to anyone looking for a quiet, stylish, and comfortable base in Kyoto.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the stay was very comfortable. Rooms were quite big for Japan. The hotel is in top condition, close to the Kyoto station and has good eating options. Check in and out was very easy and fast. Thank you!
