The location of the hotel was great. Just a 5 min walk to Kyoto station. The only thing is the cleanliness of the hotel. I booked two rooms. One of the rooms had bread sitting above the fridge which I assume it was left behind from the previous guests. Second, the hardwood floor was dirty with oil stains and smudges. The cleanliness can be improved and avoided. Disappointed.

The room is spacious. Location is excellent. It’s close to Kyoto station. The only downside is the public bath area is small. The hot water bath is unclean, with some visible hair and precipitation in the water.
