Hotel is great in facility. Outside the hotel entrance is dark at night. When we request staff for shuttle to train station. We were told to sit ‘ wait at the lobby area. In fact, we missed the shuttle bus & have to order Uber to station right away. We almost miss our train to Kobe.

Room was nice and spacious even despite the size. Buyer beware, pool is extra charge for each visit (2 hours only). Breakfast buffet was okay but no variety or chamge day to day. Staff were very nice and helpful with all inquiries. Shuttle to train station was nice, clean and fast. Smoking room needs air purification. Bar in basement was a great atmosphere and fabulous staff.

This was our favourite hotel on our Japanese room. We got a large family room with 4 double beds, 2 showers and a seating area. There was also generous storage. The hotel was spotlessly clean with friendly, helpful staff. It was a short walk to Kyoto train station but they also had a free shuttle bus. Lots of good restaurants near by, but we also ate at the hotel which was decent. This was a great base for a stay in Kyoto

Good hotel. Bigger rooms overlook the railway line so the room was a bit on the small side but my choice as didn’t want noise of trains. You have to pay for pool but this does mean it isn’t busy, shame only available after 1.30.

Great hotel 10 mins from station and large mall. Has shuttle bus every 20 mins from to hotel. Nice rooms. Recommended.
