The room was big, clean, the beds were comfortable and they had amazing pillows! There’s a Laundry room with 4 washer and dryers, which truly helped us! The hotel is close to Kyoto station. I loved that there’s a compartment with one bed, and then 3 twins together. If you arrive before check in, you can leave your luggage by the front desk and it’s completely safe. Overall, a great hotel and I highly recommend it.

The advertisement is not what it is. The location is in a residential area and nowhere near anything. Housekeeping is available upon request for an additional charge, towels are given upon request and trash must be taken out as well. The laundry room was terrible, the dryers are ineffective due to lack of maintenance, the cleaning of the filters.
