The office staff were very helpful. I had a dental problem. My wife lost her passport. Very stressful time. The staff helped us through all that. Fantastic.

Nice hotel with good WiFi and free coffee. The rooms are small/cramped, but I think that’s just what you tend to get in Kyoto from what I’ve heard. The location is hard to beat, there’s probably 100 restaurants (not an exaggeration) within a 5 minute walk and the train stations are an easy walk.

Excelente ubicacion

Excelente ubicacion y servicio. No hacen el cuarto diario pero cambian toallas todos los dias. El cuarto con literas es buen tamaño en comparacion del tamaño de cuartos en Kyoto.
