Perfect location—just steps from Kyoto Station, ideal for exploring the city or catching trains to surrounding areas. The room was very clean, comfortable and felt luxurious. Service was excellent - staff were attentive, professional, and made everything seamless. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, offering a generous spread of Japanese, Chinese, and Western dishes—all fresh, beautifully presented, and high quality.

I love the room, it was clean and it smells good, bed was comfortable, it was Japanese style but modern. The staff was nice, approachable and accommodating. The front staff were able to communicate in English that was a big plus. I will recommend this hotel. 💯💕

Perfect stay.

Amazing location, great staff, clean, very friendly & patient with non-Japanese speaking guests. Everyone was helpful. One of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had on our travels. Overall this was a lovely experience & my son really enjoyed his birthday.

Location was very convenient. Room was clean, although size is smaller but expected. Restaurant food was reasonable and aware re food allergies for dinner. Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful.
