Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber, jedoch etwas zu klein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Leider verfügt das Hotel über kein Fitness.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, zwei Metrostationen sowie mehrere Bushaltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gion und Pontocho sind sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir hatten ein Executive Zweibettzimmer und das Zimmer war schön gross und verfügte über ein Sofa und Sessel sowie eine wunderschöne Aussicht zur privaten Garten. Eine Nespressomaschine (mit täglich nachgefüllten gratis Kapseln) sowie Teekocher standen im Zimmer zur Verfügung. Im Zimmer waren Pyjamas und ein Outfit, das man für den Onsen benutzen konnte. Onsen war super, allerdings stand es morgens nur bis 9 Uhr und dann wieder ab 15 Uhr zur Verfügung, was uns nicht allzu fest gestört hat, da wir eh viel unterwegs waren. Das Hotel ist sehr elegant eingerichtet und das Personal stets sehr freundlich. Wir haben hier 5 Nächte verbracht und fühlten uns sehr wohl.
