Our checkin process was easy. Property is well located across from the train station. The rooms are clean but small (by American standards). It had everything including an attached bath. I used the public bath everyday. It is a traditional Japanese bath and was wonderful. The staff are exceptional. I left stuff on the locker and they contacted me immediately to claim it. In very grateful for that. I’ll stay again when my travels bring me back to Kyoto.
