This is how you run a hotel. The staff explained the hotel services and amenities which allowed us to take full advantage of the hotel. The front desk was amazing and the highlight of the trip was our server Fukiku I had a medical emergency and the manager checked in on me, gave me a referral and made sure I was ok. Like I was visiting family. Will be back!!!!

It was very nice room and excellent services overall. Just on the side of the hotel and was under our room had a constructions going on during the day. It was really loud even though just for a few hours. It would be nice if hotel would notify the guests in ahead of the time.

Top class all the way! Amazing rooftop bar w. stellar view. If you can afford, book this hotel. 5 min walk to Ponchoto/Nishki. Good Nature hotel across the street with deluctable healthy food. Fantastic eateries nearby. Top everything!
