We were very happy with our stay at Blossom hotel. The front desk staff was welcoming and helped us with shipping luggage and calling a taxi for us. Room was spacious and had lots of amenities. We are sad to leave.

Overall stay was amazing. Service was friendly and attentive to detail. Wonderful welcome and check in with special drink and snack. Room was specious and modern. Bathroom has a lot of space. Only one downside is the laundry machines as they are combo washer and dryer which require each machine to take up to 2 hours to finish creating a long line. I waited standing for one hour for the machine. Because of the combo, the dryer is not strong, the clothes were still wet after 1 hour of drying

Walkable to many places even with the intense summer heat. Only minor drawback is the hotel is across the street from a fire station. You might notice the sirens from time to time. Not unreasonable for a downtown location.

We had a great stay here at the Blossom. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself it also very nice and aesthetically beautiful. Everyone that worked there was also very nice. The hotel was also conveniently located right next to a 24 hr grocery store which was nice. I would definitely stay here again for the next time we travel to Kyoto!

Convenient location, comfortable rooms

This is a beautiful hotel in a convenient location, a few minutes walk to the subway and a bus stop a minute away. It is also easy to walk to other areas of the city like Gion and Nishiki market. The room was quiet and comfortable. I did have a problem with the AC not being sufficient to cool the room at first but it was fixed when I brought it to the staff's attention. I also enjoyed the room amenities (pajamas, etc) and the onsen.
