The in-room laundry was very convenient and made our stay much easier. The room itself was comfortable and a great place to rest after a long day out. The in room laundry machine worked great. A staff member even came to our room to explain how to use it. She also demonstrated how to use the TV. Breakfast was great and easy to order. Other personal favorites were the excellent coffee, water, and sake dispenser machines.

The hotel has an excellent location! You can easily walk around to restaurants and convenience stores, and there’s a super cute coffee shop for breakfast just two minutes away. The subway is also very close, which makes it easy if you need to travel with luggage. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room is really nice, clean, and quite spacious. They provide hair dryers and amenities from ReFa, so if you’re interested in buying their products, it’s a good chance to try them first. They also offer free coffee and water near the entrance, and there is a vending machine as well.
