Check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and assisted us in arranging luggage transport to the airport, which was greatly appreciated. We also loved the convenient setup near the check-in area, where toiletries, coffee, and tea bags were readily available. The complimentary face mask provided in the evening was a thoughtful touch. The hotel’s location is excellent—adjacent to the station and with a 7-Eleven conveniently attached. Getting around was incredibly easy.

Cleanliness and the staff are great! I hope one day, they would provide face moisturizer and alike and free breakfast. We would stay here again someday and look for Via Inn if we will be in other part of Japan. Thanks!

I booked this hotel because it was close to Kyoto station. My stay was nice. The rooms are very small. Staff was lovely. They held our bags after we checked out. The hotel is basic, but nice. Convenience store entrance from the lobby was a plus. I didn’t eat breakfast.

Location couldn’t be better as a base for exploring Kyoto, with the train station right across the street (lots of good food options!). Room was typical Japanese size and very clean. The pajama options were especially comfy and convenient. Buffet breakfast had lots of options although the tables filled up quickly, so best to go a little early. It was easy to check our bags for storage on the day we checked out to leave a bit more time for sightseeing. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
