The residence is an apartment upstairs in a former fisherman's house with its own entrance where you also have access to the lovely garden with a big lawn perfect for children’s play. Here you can also relax over a good dinner with a drink, with the beautiful sea view in the background. Sunny location where you can follow the sun's way in the sky from early morning until it goes down in the west. You live in a quiet and tranquil area with only a few neighboring houses. A perfect home for families who want to live right by the sea and enjoy a wonderful holiday in Bohuslän with swimming and boating, but also close to the services and movement in Kyrkesund. The apartment consists of a spacious hall with exit to the generous balcony, where you have a wonderful sea view. Airy kitchen with dining area and splendid sea view, bedroom with two single beds and a comfortable bunk bed (90 cm wide). Living room with sofa and reading corner, and panoramic views of the shifting sea. If you have smaller children, they will appreciate the little "playroom" with sloping ceilings and some various toys to borrow. In the basement with entrance from the outside, your bathroom consists of a separate room with a shower and a fresh room with WC. In the area there is also a common pier with outdoor furniture where you can go and have a picnic to enjoy after the bath. You can pre-order the rowing boat from the owner for wonderful swimming or fishing trips. Walking distance to a child friendly bathing spot; Linneviken, with both pier, long sandy beach and cliffs. The boat can be rented week 19-39. You can take a walk down to charming Kyrkesund, from where you can take the ferry to the island of Härön and visit one of the restaurants while watching the lively boat traffic. A good restaurant is also found at Björholmen, about 6 km away. Maybe you want to rent a rowing boat to explore the area. An attraction that you should not miss is the Pilane Nature Reserve with burial fields and outdoor exhibition. Pilane is one of Sweden's largest and most beautiful archaeological sites in an ancient cultural landscape with traces of the Stone Age. Here the sheep roam freely together with fun, exciting, thoughtful art by some of the world's leading artists. Larger service communities are Kållekärr 9.5 km, or Skärhamn 14 km with its famous Nordic Watercolor Museum with current exhibitions. To the city of Gothenburg it is 60 km, with the well-known theme park Liseberg. The apartment below in the ground floor is permanent residence and is inhabited by a quiet woman.
