Magnificent colonial-style holiday house of the year 1780 (art nouveau-style furniture). Spacious terrace and splendid garden of 4500 m2, totally enclosed and distributed in different spaces: Romantic style garden with centenary trees, fruit tree area, ping pong room, barbeque and swimming-pool (10 x 50 m).

Its distribution is as follows:

The main house is distributed on one floor.

Living room and access to the terrace. A large dinning room with access to the terrace.Kitchen with fireplace, table, washing machine and a dishwasher. 4 bedrooms, double bed. 2 bathrooms with shower.

Private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) available since mid May.

Weekend bookings: Departures 17-18 h, as long as they do not coincide with the arrival of another client (in this case, prior notice will be given).

Week bookings: Departures maximum 12 h.
