It is located in an attic without elevator with spectacular views of the sea and marina from the terrace. The bedroom has 2 single beds and the bathroom consists of a shower. You will find the kitchen equipped, washing machine, Dolce gusto coffee machine, fans, radiators for winter, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. Youth groups are welcomed with a deposit. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
