On the ground floor: Living/ dining room (with TV, air conditioning, DVD player). Equipped kitchen (with hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds). 1 shower room.
Upstairs: 1 double bedroom (with a double bed and a bathroom en suite). Large terrace with a nice view of the landscape.
Equipment: Washing machine, iron, fan. Air conditioning in living room only.
Outside: Beautiful private pool of about 40 m² with Roman steps + outdoor shower and 4 sun loungers. Plot of about 900 m² with trees, with covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue built. Garage for 1 car and parking for 1 to 2 cars.
