This villa built on 2 floors consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, partial air conditioning and wifi internet. The exterior is laid out in a friendly manner. You can enjoy its private swimming pool, its kitchen area and its natural setting. The house is located on land in the countryside and benefits from pleasant tranquility without being overlooked.

Location and distances: Sea and beach approximately 4 km. Ametlla town center 3.5 km. Salou and Cambrils approx. 30 minute drive. “Port Aventura” amusement park 40 km away.

Inside (approx. 100 m²): 2-storey villa. Living/dining room with satellite TV (TDT). Equipped American kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker). 1 bedroom (1 double bed) on the ground floor. 3 double bedrooms (2 double beds + 2 single beds) upstairs
2 shower rooms / WC. Free wifi connection. Air conditioning: living room (towards the first floor - with programming from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.).

Outside: Enclosed land with trees of approximately 1000 m². Private swimming pool 7 x 4 meters (1.5 to 1.90 meters) with internal steps. Outdoor shower + deckchairs.
