Large villa built on one level and equipped with an independent studio with separate entrance. It benefits from a simple and functional layout with air conditioning in the living room and has 5 bedrooms for 10 people. On the exterior side, you will enjoy a beautiful private swimming pool and a spacious garden offering just as many beautiful sunny or shaded spaces. The sea is only 150 meters away.
Areas and equipment: Living space of approximately 180 m². Total plot of approximately 1500 m². Air conditioning: in the living room. Fan: in each room.
Inside (main house): Large living / dining room (with TV, DVD player and air conditioning). Equipped and separate kitchen (with gas stove-oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, washing machine, iron). 2 double bedrooms (with 2 single beds and a fan in each). 1 double bedroom (with 1 double bed and a fan). 2 shower rooms (with WC).
The studio: 2 double bedrooms (with 1 double bed and a fan in each). 1 shower room (and WC).
