House on 2 levels of approximately 100 m² located in Tres Cales 350 m from the sea and 4 km from the charming fishing village of L´Ametlla de Mar. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has air conditioning and Wifi internet. Outside, it benefits from its private swimming pool, its terrace and barbecue and a small view of the sea from the upstairs terrace.
