Beautiful semi-detached house of approximately 80 m² with 3 bedrooms. The living room and master bedroom are equipped with air conditioning. It is located in the quiet area of Las Tres Cales, 4 km from the charming fishing village of L´Ametlla de Mar and 3 km from the beaches.
Location and distances: Urbanization Las Tres Calas. Sea 3 km. Supermarket and local shops 2.5 km away. Village of L´Ametlla de Mar 4 km. Cambrils and Salou 25 and 30 minutes drive. “Port Aventura” amusement park 40 km away.
