Bajísima limpieza y mantenimiento

Una preciosa casa, echada a perder! Malas camas, sucias, escasos vasos y tazas cubiertos para tirar! Utensilios sin limpiar, baños terriblemente mal mantenidos grifos de dar miedo agarrar, y rotos.electrodomésticos machacados y antiguos. Mantas rotas y del año pum! Malos olores bajo fregadero… lavadero… mejor no hablar de el…. Oxidada la lavadora y suelo lleno de porquerías sin barrer en 8 años.. colgador oxidado…las fotos llevan a error! No hay aire acondicionado!! Paredes todas sucias!! Pena!

Maison à éviter absolument !!

Nous avons loué plusieurs fois une maison avec interhome et 2 fois cette maison ça sera la dernière fois ! Maison mal nettoyer , fenêtres ne se ferme pas , 2 robinets cassés ( cuisine et salle de douche ) frigo ne fonctionne pas également presque aucun ustensile dans la cuisine nous avons signaler à Interhome le problème qui a été résolu le jour de notre départ !! Quel est l’utilité de loué une maison si on ne peut pas cuisiner dedans . Bien triste expérience ...

Lo mejor: la piscina

La piscina es increíble y los peques se lo pasaron genial. En contra: Respecto la casa habría que mejorar la limpieza ya que es bastante justa. El menaje de la cocina también es bastante justo (por ej. no hay una tabla para cortar ni ningún cuchillo que corte en condiciones). En la parte exterior césped muy deteriorado en algunos puntos. No hay posibilidad de contar con sombrilla. A favor: La piscina increíble. Tuvimos 2 incidencias que Interhome solucionó de inmediato.

Mit Abstrichen, aber ganz gut

Negativ: - keine Waschmaschine, obwohl in Beschreibung erwähnt - Grill ist eher Deko, kein Rost vorhanden - Besteck Mangelware - Betten sind Zustellbetten mit Mega harten Matratzen Positiv: - ruhige Lage - Nähe zu Strand - toller Pool (tief, gut zum Springen) Alles in Allem war das ein schöner und günstiger Urlaub mit schönem Blick aufs Meer (teils verdeckt). Wer aber sehr auf Kleinigkeiten Wert legt, sollte etwas anderes suchen.

Buen alojamiento, mal mantenimiento

Alojamiento bien situado, bien equipado y muy acogedor. Mantenimiento muy deficitario: humedades, armarios (cocina y habitaciones) dañados, óxido en zonas metálicas, piscina que no desagua bien, césped artificial en mal estado, etc. Con un buen repaso en mantenimiento se convertiría en un alojamiento estupendo.

La casa es realmente genial y el acceso es sencillo. A tres minutos de una cala y a ocho del pueblo de L´Ametlla. El wifi un poco escaso dados los estándares actuales. Muy satisfechos.

Traumpool - echt cool

Ein tolles Grundstück mit einem Megapool. Es müsste mal ein wenig renoviert werden und die Ausstattung in der Küche ist für 8 Leute knapp. Das Lichtsystem sollte als Erklärung irgendwo stehen. Der Weg zu den Klippen ist kurz und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist super. Nicht so schön war, dass es im oberen Bad etwas riecht, ich denke aber, wenn man das Wasser auch mal laufen lässt, wenn kein Gast da ist, dann wäre es ok. Kunstrasen könnte mal erneuert werden, der ist schon etwas mitgenommen.

Nous avons loué 16 nuits. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour avec des vues exceptionnelles. Calme à 5 min de la plage. Manque la climatisation ou des ventilos car la nuit il peut faire jusqu à 28 degrés. Attention toutefois à l entretien général, c est une très belle maison qui pourrait vite se délabrer. Piscine propre et très bien entretenu, trois fois par semaine. Nous avons déjà réservé nos vacances pour l année prochaine .

Bei der Ankunft lief schon alles falsch hier die Punkte. 1. Aussentor defekt 2. Schlafzimmer an den Wänden. Schimmel feucht und richtig nass. 3. Im ganzen Haus hat es gestunken. 4. Keine Heizung möglich in den Abendstunden. 5. Warm Wasser Teilweise. 6. Sonnenschirm Defekt. 7. Außenanlagen nicht gepflegt. Im ganzen ist dieses Objekt nicht zu empfehlen, Veranstalter kein Verständnis nach mehrfacher Nachfrage.

Super Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt ungefähr 10 Minuten von einer wunderbaren Bucht entfernt. Man blickt von der Terrasse auf das Meer ebenso vom Masterbedroom. Das Haus ist leider etwas verwöhnt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist super, allerdings fehlte uns ein Toaster. Die Türen nach draußen ließen sich leider nicht alle öffnen. Das warme Wasser war nicht dauerhaft verfügbar. Am vorletzten Tag hatten wir leider gar keines mehr. Das Hoftor ging automatisch. Leider hat die Fernbedienung für das Hoftor nicht immer funktioniert, was schon sehr nervig war, da es sich auch nicht per Hand öffnen lies und wir so teilweise bis zu einer 1/2 Std. Probieren mussten um das Tor aufzubekommen. Im Eletnbadezimmer gab es zwar eine Dusche, die aber leider nicht funktioniert hat. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Waschmaschine war auch vorhanden. Für vier Personen gab es auch genug Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch ein Schließfach, die Rückgabe der Schlüssel erfolgte durch Einwurf in einen Briefkasten.
