Welcome to this charming little furnished house located in L'Épine, on the beautiful island of Noirmoutier. Ideally situated just 500 metres from the beach and 700 metres from the village centre, everything can be easily reached on foot or by bicycle. Fully equipped, the accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 3 travellers. You will enjoy a closed and flowering garden, with garden furniture and barbecue for your outdoor meals. Swimming, water activities and bicycle rides will punctuate your holidays.



Pass through the entrance door and discover a pleasant room giving access to the garden. The kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher), allows you to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker. You can share your meals around the indoor dining table or enjoy the one in the garden on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably seated in the armchairs or on the sofa. A decorative fireplace and a television are also located in the accommodation.
