Located in L’Épine on the island of Noirmoutier, this peaceful 62 m² single-storey holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The living area includes a lounge with a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed, a dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms: one with a 160 x 200 cm bed and another with two 80 x 200 cm beds. The house also features a shower room and a separate toilet with a washbasin.
