Just a few minutes' walk from the beaches and salt marshes, this pleasant house of 118 m² located in L'Épine welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Spacious, bright and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 8 people in a quiet environment, ideal for fully enjoying the island of Noirmoutier.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden, ideal for sharing moments of relaxation in the open air. A 30 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to share good meals and fully enjoy summer days.
Inside, from the entrance, you will discover a beautiful, warm and friendly living space. On the right, the living room is fitted with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a television, as well as a decorative fireplace that brings a touch of charm to the whole. The dining area has a large table that can accommodate up to 8 people to share your meals in complete conviviality. The open, modern and functional American kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, Monsieur Cuisine robot, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle as well as all the necessary utensils to cook just like at home.
On the night side, the house has 4 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): Queen Size bed (160x190)
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs): single bed (80x190)
