EntiÚrement satisfait de l'accueil et du séjour

Le personnel de l'accueil est trÚs sympathique et trÚs serviable. L'appartement trÚs propre dans une propriété également trÚs propre, trÚs calme et trÚs bien située avec un parking privé (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas). Les commerces (commerçants trÚs agréables et accueillants) et la plage (trÚs propre) sont trÚs proches. Personnellement, je ne vois rien à redire.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© informĂ©s le matin mĂȘme de notre jour d’arrivĂ©e que l’appartement serait disponible avant l’heure prĂ©vu du Check Ing. Dommage de nous avoir prĂ©venu si tard. En effet l’agence fermant entre 13 et 15h et en comptant le temps de trajet, difficile de pouvoir en profiter. A la remise des clefs, la personne de l’agence nous a donnĂ© l’adresse d’un autre appartement
 heureusement je m’en suis rendu compte. L’appartement est conforme aux photos, et son emplacement est excellent. La literie est de qualitĂ©. Malheureusement a notre arrivĂ©e, la couleur de l’eau chaude Ă©tait couleur rouille pendant 3 jours. Il y a aussi un problĂšme d’odeurs (remontĂ©es d’égouts)
 nous en avons fait part Ă  l’agence mais nous avons eu comme rĂ©ponse : « il s’agit de l’odeur de la mer.. » Un camion de vidange est passĂ© dans la semaine faire le dĂ©bouchage mais ça n’a rien changĂ©.. L’appartement est trĂšs mal insonorisĂ©. L’équipement est sommaire. Un ventilateur, un sĂšche cheveux, wifi et tĂ©lĂ©vision avec chaĂźnes internationales seraient le bienvenu au vu du prix de la location.

C'est un bel appartement, bien situé et bien équipé Mais avec quelques petits problÚmes: *l'isolation phonique quasi inexistante *la ventilation et/ou climatisation inexistante est trÚs difficile à supporter par la chaleur de la région *la difficulté a avoir accÚs à une place de parking qui complique le séjour

TrĂšs bonne literie 160x200 ainsi que les moustiquaires sur les fenĂȘtres, bon emplacement de lÂŽappartement Appartement Ă  rafraichir: moustiques Ă©crasĂ©s sur les murs, vaisselles limite ainsi que le rideau de douche, mobilier ancien mais fonctionnel, sĂ©choir Ă  linge rouillĂ© & la clef dÂŽouverture portillon en ouvre que 2/4. Trop de travaux en pĂ©riode estivale dans les appartements environnants. Pas de changement de draps alors que prĂ©vu toutes les semaines nous avions prĂ©vu au cas oĂč !!!!!!
